Termos e condições do Concurso #dluiscoimbra

1 - Introdução – O Hotel D. Luís, sito em Santa Clara, Coimbra, 3040-091, convida todos os Clientes a participarem no concurso #dluiscoimbra, adiante designado “o Concurso”, que terá as seguintes regras.

2 - Elegibilidade – São elegíveis a participar no Concurso todos aqueles que tomarem uma refeição (prato principal e bebida) no Restaurante Panorama do Hotel D. Luís, adiante designado por “participante”.

3 – Datas: inicio dia 07/12/2015 e termina 25/12/2015

4 - Como participar - O participante terá de tirar uma fotografia do prato escolhido e partilhá-la no Instagram e Twitter utilizando o #dluiscoimbra ou na página de Facebook do Hotel D. Luis na Pasta Eventos.

5 - Júri - A selecção da fotografia vencedora será feito pela administração do Hotel que terá em conta atributos que tornem a foto apelativa.

6 - Prémio – O titular da foto vencedora terá direito a uma estadia de 3 noites, num quarto duplo em regime de Alojamento e Pequeno-almoço no Hotel Miraparque em Lisboa http://www.miraparque.com/ .

7 - A reserva está sujeita à disponibilidade do Hotel. O referido prémio é válido até 31/12/2016

8 - Notificação – O vencedor será notificado através da Rede Social escolhida para participar no concurso e deverá responder num prazo de 48h, com os detalhes de e-mail.

9 - Anúncio do vencedor – O vencedor do concurso será anunciado no dia 10/01/2016
10 - Condições – O concurso não é de forma alguma patrocinado, aprovado, administrado ou associado ao Facebook, Instagram ou Twitter.

1 – Introduction - The Hotel D. Luis, located on Santa Clara, Coimbra, 3040-091 Portugal, invites all Guests to participate in the contest #dluiscoimbra, hereinafter referred to as "the contest", with the following rules.

2 - Eligibility - All those who have a meal (main course and drink) at the Restaurante Panorama at Hotel D. Luis, are eligible to participate in the contest, hereinafter referred to as "participant".

3 – Date: begins on December 7th and finished on December 25th 2015.

4 - How to participate - The participant must take a picture of the chosen main course and share it on Instagram and Twitter using the #dluiscoimbra or on the Hotel D. Luis’s Facebook page, on the event folder.

5 - Jury - The selection will be made by the Hotel Management who will take into account attributes that make the picture appealing.

6 - Prize – The owner of the winning photo will be entitled to 3 nights stay in a double room, in a bed and breakfast basis on the Hotel Miraparque in Lisbon. The reservation is subject to the Hotel Miraparque availability. The prize is valid until December 31st 2016.

7 – Notification - The winner will be notified via the social network chosen to participate in the contest and must respond within 48 hours, with the email address.

8 – The winner’s announcement - The winner of the contest will be announced on January 10th 2016.

9 – Conditions - The contest is not in any way sponsored, endorsed, administered or associated with Facebook, Twitter or Instagram.
